My Approach

I’m Graham, an Attachment Theory–informed therapist. I offer a calm, supportive space where healing happens at your pace. I believe our experiences live in both the mind and body, and that understanding our patterns with compassion can create meaningful change.

At Graham Smith Wellness and Therapy, I work collaboratively with you, drawing on counselling, PSYCH-K®, breathwork, substance use and harmful coping strategies counselling, therapeutic coaching, and hypnotherapy. My approach is gentle, respectful, and tailored to your unique needs, with a focus on safety, connection, and resilience.
