About my Practice
I believe that sometimes we can know that something in our lives needs to change, but not know how to make that change happen. That’s where I believe counselling can help. My practice is a place where you can slow down, feel heard, and have the space to explore what you’re experiencing without judgment. I work with people around anxiety, depression, fear, relationships, life transitions, self-worth, and the patterns that can keep us feeling stuck. My approach is personal, compassionate, and collaborative. I draw from attachment theory, trauma-informed counselling, hypnotherapy, breathwork, life coaching, and PSYCH-K®, depending on what feels appropriate for you and what you want to work toward. I don’t believe there is one approach that works for everyone. My goal is to understand you as a whole person, help you better understand yourself, and support you in creating meaningful and lasting changes in your life. I’ve had the privilege of working with many people through difficult periods in their lives, and I’ve seen how much can change when someone has the right support, a safe space, and the opportunity to reconnect with themselves.

My Story
My journey into this work began with my own desire to better understand myself, heal, and create meaningful change in my life. I’ve experienced my own struggles with fear, anxiety, depression, and periods where I felt stuck or unsure of how to move forward. Those experiences taught me that healing isn’t always a straight line, and that sometimes we need to look beneath the surface to understand what is really going on within us. My own experiences with personal growth, breathwork, PSYCH-K®, counselling, and other approaches to healing opened my eyes to how powerful change can be when we begin to understand our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and patterns in a different way. That journey eventually led me toward counselling and hypnotherapy because I wanted to take what I had learned and use it to support other people. Today, I bring both my professional training and my own life experience into my work. I know what it feels like to struggle, to question yourself, and to want something in your life to change. I also know that change is possible. My role is not to tell you how to live your life or to pretend I have all the answers. It is to walk alongside you, listen without judgment, help you understand yourself more deeply, and create a safe space where you can begin moving toward the person and life you want.
